Slide for Healthcare

The hospital software and the patient conversation, finally in one place.

Run OPD, encounters, prescriptions, labs and beds in a clinical console, while every confirmation, reminder and report notice goes out on its own. No second platform for your front desk to keep open.

Every plan is billed annually and starts with a 14 day trial.

Who it is for

One practice or fifty. The same record.

Single clinic

One doctor or a small practice. OPD booking, a real calendar, and reminders that stop patients forgetting, without hiring anyone to send them.

Multi-speciality hospital

Departments, an inpatient ward and a lab. Admissions, bed board, encounters and prescriptions in one record rather than four registers.

Multi-location group

Several branches under one workspace, with records that follow the patient between them and one view of the whole group.

How a visit actually runs

Your staff do their job. The patient gets told at every step.

Nothing below is a reminder someone has to remember to send. Each message is raised by the clinical event beside it, so the work of keeping a patient informed disappears into the work of treating them.

  1. Step 1

    The patient books

    In the console

Reception takes the booking, or the patient books from your website widget.

    The patient gets

A WhatsApp confirmation with the doctor, date and time.

    Raises APPOINTMENT_BOOKED

  2. Step 2

    The day before

    In the console

Nobody does anything. The reminders were queued when the booking was made.

    The patient gets

A reminder 24 hours out, and a second one 2 hours out.

  3. Step 3

    They arrive

    In the console

Front desk checks them into the OPD queue. The doctor sees the live queue.

    The patient gets

Nothing. Not every step deserves a message.

  4. Step 4

    The consultation

    In the console

The doctor opens an encounter, records findings, and orders labs if needed.

    The patient gets

Nothing. Not every step deserves a message.

    Raises ENCOUNTER_STARTED

  5. Step 5

    Prescription

    In the console

Issued from a reusable template, so common scripts are two clicks.

    The patient gets

A note that a prescription is ready. Never the drugs or the dose.

    Raises PRESCRIPTION_ISSUED

  6. Step 6

    Lab results

    In the console

The lab records the result and releases it when it is ready.

    The patient gets

A note that a report is ready. Never what is in it.

    Raises LAB_RESULT_RELEASED

  7. Step 7

    If they are admitted

    In the console

Admission, a bed on the board, and the ward sees who is where.

    The patient gets

Nothing. Not every step deserves a message.

    Raises PATIENT_ADMITTED

  8. Step 8

    After discharge

    In the console

Nothing. The check-in was scheduled at discharge.

    The patient gets

A follow up two days later, asking how they are doing.

    Raises PATIENT_DISCHARGED

What is inside

A full clinical console, not a booking widget.

Patient care

The record a clinician actually works in, from booking to script.

  • Patients One record per person, with their full visit history.
  • Appointments A real calendar per doctor, with reminders attached.
  • OPD queue Who is waiting, who is in, who is next.
  • Encounters Findings, vitals and notes for each consultation.
  • Prescriptions Issued, stored and printable for every visit.
  • Rx templates Reusable scripts so common cases take two clicks.

Diagnostics

Orders in, results out, and the patient told the moment one is ready.

  • Lab orders Raised from an encounter and tracked to result.
  • Lab catalogue Your test list, priced, so orders are consistent.
  • Radiology Imaging orders tracked alongside pathology.
  • Report release Releasing a result is what notifies the patient.

Inpatient

For anyone who stays the night.

  • Admissions Admit from an encounter, with the reason recorded.
  • Bed board Every bed, occupied or free, at a glance.
  • Discharge Closes the admission and schedules the follow up.

Workforce

Who is working, and who may see what.

  • Providers Doctors, their specialities and their calendars.
  • Staff Everyone else, with role based access.
  • Duty roster Who is on shift, by day and department.
  • Leave Requests and approvals, visible against the roster.

Patient communication

The same platform hospitals already use for WhatsApp, inside the console.

  • Campaigns Reach a segment on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Shared inbox Every channel in one thread per patient.
  • AI agents Answer common questions, hand off to a human.
  • Automation builder The full canvas, shared with the main product.
  • Channels Connect WhatsApp and the rest without leaving.

Oversight

What happened, who did it, and how the place is running.

  • Analytics Volumes, load and outcomes across the workspace.
  • Journeys Multi step patient programmes and their progress.
  • Audit log Who touched which record, and when.
  • Roles and permissions Granular access, per team and per module.
Runs on its own

Nine patient automations, live the day you switch the module on.

Not templates you assemble. They are provisioned with the module and fire off real clinical events. Three ship switched off on purpose: they are promotional, and would be refused until you have collected marketing consent. We would rather show you that than let you find out later.

How it is built

Patient records live on their own plane. They never cross into marketing.

The clinical record and the messaging platform are two separate systems joined by a narrow, audited channel. The campaign side can ask the clinical side to message a patient, and say why. It cannot read the diagnosis.

What crosses the line

  • That a patient should be messaged, and the reason why
  • A pseudonymous reference to the person, never their name
  • Timing, so quiet hours and consent can be applied

What never does

  • Diagnoses, findings or clinical notes
  • What a prescription contains, including the drug and the dose
  • What a lab report says
  • Date of birth and other identifying clinical detail

This is also why a report notice says a report is ready and not what it found. The message lands on a channel the patient may not control alone.

Questions hospitals ask

The things worth knowing before you switch.

Do we have to move off our current system on day one?
No. Most hospitals start with OPD booking and reminders, because that is where the missed revenue is, and bring records across once the front desk is comfortable. The clinical modules are there when you want them.
What does the patient actually receive?
A WhatsApp message on the number they gave you, from your hospital. Confirmations, reminders, and notices that a report or prescription is ready. Those notices say something is ready and nothing about what is in it.
Can staff see everything?
Only what their role allows. Access is granular per module, and every record view and change is written to an audit log with the user and the time.
Is this separate from a normal Slide subscription?
Yes. Healthcare is its own plan. Holding an Enterprise plan on the main product does not include it, and each healthcare tier starts with a 14 day trial.
What happens to messages outside working hours?
Quiet hours are applied before anything is sent, and promotional messages are refused outright unless marketing consent was collected. The gate blocks by default rather than letting a message through.
Can we message patients for campaigns as well?
Yes, and it is the same contact record, so the patient a doctor treats and the person a campaign reaches are one row rather than two lists that drift apart.

See it with your own OPD list.

Fourteen days, the whole console, and the patient automations running from the first booking you make.
